Join the Mission Support Network

We need USAF MARS volunteers nationwide.

The Mission Support Network is operational 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and we can use your help at any time you are available. Members check in with Net Control anytime they have an hour or more they are able to volunteer.

Per Chapter 10 of the USAF MARS Operating Instructions (MOI), assignment to the Mission Support Network is open to all USAF MARS Auxiliary stations*. However, due to our specialized mission requirements, the MSN will be a closed net requiring assignment on AF Form 3661. If you are interested in a Primary or Secondary assignment to the MSN, please contact your State MARS Director (SMD) IAW section 10.5 of the MOI for a recommendation to be forwarded to the MSN Manager.**

Please send the following information to your State MARS Director and ask him/her to forward it along with his/her approval to the MSN Manager AFN9SN, for your assignment to the MSN, IAW section 10.5.1 of the MOI. The network manager will then send you an AF Form 3661 assigning you to the MSN. [Per section 10.5 of the MOI, only the Mission Support Network Manager can make assignments to the MSN.]
